The hotel was luxurious and immaculately clean everywhere. I loved the room, the bed was comfy. Its great service. Location was very close to parks and forests. Moreover, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies was 15 minutes' walk away.

The hotel is fairly clean and luxurious, offers unbeatable location right in downtown Gatlinburg. Above average breakfast, great service. Bright and beautiful rooms, best staff.

Better choose this place to stay when in Gatlinburg. Location just next door to park, Gatlinburg, the forest and fireworks. Gatlinburg Skylift Park was also easy to reach.

Very central location, inviting rooms. I liked the fact that you serve nice hot breakfast. Amazing view, a nice balcony, super bed, too. The staff was brilliant, their service was most courteous. Beautiful facilities and the pool was great. Found in a quiet area.

Lovely building, extremely pleasant and modest rooms. Visited few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Panoramic view of pool. The stuff did all they can for a fun stay. Easy check-in.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty, and the bathroom was old.

Nothing to complain about, loved this place and would recomand. The hotel was wonderful, the room was perfect, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Had absolutely fantastic continental breakfast with fresh juices and scrambled eggs. I could park the car nearby. Beautiful location, not too far from a sprawling aquarium.

The staff was outstanding and the bed was perfect. Incredibly comfortable location to gatlinburg convention center. I got free upgrade and loved it. They made my stay relaxing. The breakfast here was free with 4 mini waffles, cereal, etc. Comfortable lobby.

Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. Enjoyed that there was hot diggitty dawg with short-orders very close to the venue, super convenient.

We appreciated hotel's location and staff. If you don't want to go far from the property, try Howard's Steakhouse, which is 900 ft away. Recommended base for discovering Gatlinburg. The rooms met needs well.
